A specialized software studio for founders and small teams.

We build our own AI-native products and take on tailored work for clients: systems with AI inside them, and conventional software without.

what we offer

Two ways to work with us.

We ship our own software, and we take on tailored work for other people. The first is how you can judge the second.

Products

Software we build and operate ourselves, offered as standalone services. Myrlin Forge is public today, Myrlin Jobs is in early access, and Myrlin Workbook is in private beta. They are also the evidence for everything on this page.

Studio

The same team, pointed at your problem instead of ours. Tailored builds, AI systems that act inside guardrails and leave records, integration between the systems you already run, and consulting before a build starts.

  • Tailored builds, delivered working.

Software shaped to your job and handed over running, not handed over as a prototype with a list of caveats.

  • AI in the product, with guardrails and records.

Where AI acts on your behalf, it acts inside rules you set, and it leaves a record you can open afterwards.

  • Consulting and integration.

Architecture review before the build, and connecting the systems you already run to each other.

what we build

Work we take on.

Five shapes of work, each one of them something our own products are already made of.

  • AI-native products and agents

Software where the model does real work in the product, not a chat box bolted to the side of it.

  • Automation with guardrails and records

Systems that act on your behalf inside limits you set, and leave a record you can open afterwards.

  • 3D and game tooling

Asset generation and native export for the engines and editors your users actually open.

  • Web platforms

The marketing site and the application behind it, on one stack, static-fast where it can be.

  • Discovery and data pipelines

Pulling from real sources, checking what came back, and keeping the part that matters.

  • Something else?

If your problem is not on this list, describe it anyway. We will tell you plainly whether it is work we should take.

how an engagement starts

Four steps, and the first one costs nothing.

No deck, no discovery invoice, and nothing committed until the scope is written down and agreed.

  1. Intro callA call, at no cost, about what you are trying to ship. No deck required and nothing to prepare.
  2. Scoped planWhat we would build, how we would build it, and what it costs to find out. In writing, before anything starts.
  3. Build in the openThe work runs where you can see it, with records you can read while it happens rather than a summary afterwards.
  4. HandoverRunning software on infrastructure you keep, and a plain account of what shipped and what did not.

Nothing is committed until the scope is agreed

the product line

Three products, built and run by this studio.

These are our case studies. One is public, one is in early access, and one is in private beta. The status on every one of them is the real one, and so is every picture below.

Myrlin Forge

Live

Describe an asset in text or upload a picture. Forge generates a 2D concept for you to approve, and you can iterate on it freely before it builds the textured 3D model. Export native .blockymodel for Hytale or GLB for Minecraft. The first asset is free.

Myrlin Workbook

Private beta

A self-hosted command center for AI-assisted work. Run and watch Claude and agent sessions across your machines, reach them from your phone, and keep session templates and workspace backups in one place. Workbook is currently private.

Myrlin Jobs

Early access

Job applications handled with proof. Set your criteria, saved answers and resume mode once. Jobs discovers roles across real job sources, checks fit before it acts, and runs AutoApply on Workday only, inside the guardrails you set. You can watch it work and stop it at any time.

why myrlin

Four things you can check.

Each one is a habit with something specific behind it, in software you can open today.

  • You can check the work, not just the report.

Evidence over claims is the rule we hold our own products to, and it does not change when the work is yours.

Myrlin Jobs keeps every available application record open to the person it applied for.

  • The AI acts inside rules you set.

Where a system acts on your behalf it stays inside limits you chose, and it stops rather than guessing.

AutoApply runs on Workday only, checks fit before it acts, and stops at uncertainty.

  • Built for the job, not configured from a template.

The software takes the shape of the work, including the parts a general tool would not bother with.

Myrlin Forge exports native .blockymodel for Hytale as well as GLB, and the models open in Blockbench.

  • Plain reporting, including what failed.

You hear what happened in the words it happened in, while it is still useful to hear it.

The statuses on this page are the real ones: one product is public, one is gated, one is private.

about

An independent software studio.

Myrlin Labs is an independent software studio. We fund our own products, ship them as standalone services, and take on client work that meets the same bar.

Tell us what you are trying to ship.

We reply with a scoped answer, not a sales deck. If it is not work we should take, we will say so and say why.
